I taught this series almost 10 years ago at Village Bible Church where I was an elder and Bible Study teacher. Back then it was 13 parts, but I’m hoping to squeeze it down to 3. I did this with my friend and co-author, Dr. Russ Rasmussen. He’s now a retired therapist and he had done a previous Bible Study about dealing with family issues from a biblical perspective so I wanted him to be part of this series. For me, I know the Bible has all the answers we need to work through things like anger, depression, low-self worth, jealousy, conflict, reconciliation, how to live in holiness and in righteousness, even in a corrupt world, and just about everything you can think of when it comes to mental health. I know the Bible holds those answers for us.
